I had a pleasant stay at this hotel located right in the heart of town, offering clean and bright rooms with a refrigerator and a nice sitting area. The breakfast was good, but the room got unexpectedly hot despite mild outside temperatures. The location was ideal for exploring Wurzburg, with many shops and restaurants nearby.
The hotel's rooms are appointed in the usual German manner, with everything you need in their rightful place and nothing more. While the rooms were a bit small and not ideal for spending a lot of time in, they were much larger than expected for a hotel so close to the town center. The location is excellent, just a few steps away from the river where boat trips leave, and only a short walk to the main sites, tourist office, and more. The dining experience was good with a nice variety, though not as extensive as in popular hotel chains. The hotel facilities were well-maintained.
